Design

All design processes are developed in-house. Gri Kalıp responds to its customers with a professional work ethic in product design, followed by mold design and production. We offer engineering services that anticipate potential problems in advance, with a team that closely follows all innovative technologies during the design phase.

Injection Mold Manufacturing

With over 30 years of experience, Gri Kalıp produces molds to world standards. Our mold making facility, which produces 250 molds annually, is equipped with all the necessary machinery for mold production. We achieve efficient production without compromising on quality standards or mold components, offering practical solutions in mold systems to ensure accurate delivery times and lower costs.

Injection Molding Parts Manufacturing

Our facility has 25 injection molding machines ranging from 120 tons to 800 tons, all integrated with the PDS production tracking and control system. With a monthly production capacity of 400 tons, our company operates efficiently with minimal waste, utilizing the latest technology in all our machinery and equipment. Therefore, all our machines are servo-controlled and are 2019 model or newer. Our preferred injection molding machine is the Yizumi.

Assembly and Packaging

We perform assembly processes such as joining and gluing the parts we produce with our in-house team. During this stage, necessary QC checks are carried out, and products are checked at every stage from production to shipment, according to the customer's request. Maximum care is taken to prevent damage to our products during transportation.

After Sales and Warranty

Since the molds are manufactured in-house and then undergo injection molding, all maintenance and repairs are carried out free of charge by us. Therefore, molds do not have a fixed lifespan. A properly designed mold can function flawlessly for decades.

ERP

Mold Design and Production

In mold design and production processes, thanks to our licensed, state-of-the-art CAM and CAD programs, we achieve seamless production and accurate surfaces with mold machining precision within +/- 0.006 tolerances.

Control Mechanism in Production

In the plastic injection molding production process, our PDS Production Tracking System, integrated into our machines, allows for real-time production monitoring, control, and intervention. All our product recipes are systematically transmitted via PDS, reaching even our machine operators.
