Precision in injection mold manufacturing directly affects dimensional repeatability, surface quality and long-term mold performance.

Our CNC machining centers, 5-axis machining technology, EDM and wire EDM capabilities enable us to manufacture complex mold components and tight-tolerance geometries with high accuracy. For critical applications, machining accuracy can reach levels of approximately ±0.006 mm, supporting consistent performance in high-volume production.

Mold Design & Engineering

Each project is evaluated according to part geometry, polymer selection, expected production volume, cycle-time requirements and target mold life.

Using professional CAD, CAM and analysis software, our engineering team plans the mold construction, machining strategy, cooling concept and manufacturing process from the beginning of the project.

Our objective is not simply to manufacture a mold that produces a part, but to develop a mold that operates efficiently, reliably and consistently in serial production.

Mold Trials & Process Optimization

Completed molds can be tested under real production conditions in our own plastic injection molding department.

With injection molding machines ranging from 120 to 800 tons, we can evaluate filling behavior, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, cooling performance and cycle time before the mold enters serial production.

Any required adjustments or optimizations can therefore be implemented quickly by our moldmaking and production teams.
